Part-Time Game Master

A customer service specialist who acts as an organizer, officiant for questions regarding rules, arbitrator, and moderator. Basically, we help people have an amazing, fun, and enjoyable experience!


  • Provide excellent customer service and hospitality
  • Greeting customers and answering customer’s questions
  • Pre-game briefing and rules explanation
  • Game monitoring and guidance from beginning to end
  • Post game wrap up with the customers
  • Taking photos and updating social media sites
  • Maintaining a clean work environment
  • Answering phone calls
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Must enjoy interacting with people
  • Customer service experience preferred but not necessary
  • Ability to be Outgoing, Courteous, Engaging with our customers
  • Positive, personable, and punctual
  • Weekend and holiday availability
  • 18 and over with reliable transportation
  • Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to carry up to 15 pounds
  • Ability to move, climb, crouch, kneel, and crawl to reset game room
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to watch video screens for long periods of time.
  • Ability to listen and respond to customers during game play
